After a great wedding Fayre , held during February, Scalford Hall Hotel, Melton Mowbray, is pleased to announce the date for its second Wedding Fayre this year, taking place on Sunday 3^rd October 2010.

Mark Watts, Hotel Manager at Scalford Hall commented: "Scalford Hall is a stunning wedding venue and we are very proud of our ability to make each day special.  The Wedding Fayre we host here always proves popular with great ideas all under one roof." 

Exhibitors range from bridal wear to horse-drawn carriages and Rolls Royce cars.  Bride and groom to be,  can find ideas on flowers, food and little ideas on how to make the special day unique. With all this and more, the event is set to be one of the biggest of its kind in the East Midlands.

This beautiful Edwardian country mansion plays host to more than 80 weddings annually and provides the perfect setting for a perfect day.

Scalford Hall's top tips for bride and groom are:

• Plan only for the type of wedding you can afford. Accept what you've got to spend and always shop with this in mind.  Create your perfect wedding, not Posh Spice's. 
• Take care of your feet on the special day and pack a second, comfortable pair of shoes. White satin ballet slippers are perfect. 
• When having your dress fitted make sure you walk, sit, even dance during your fittings to guarantee your dress is comfortable and moves as you do.  
• Have a reliable best man and chief bridesmaid.  If your closest friends are not reliable and/or competent, give them something else to do!  
• Keep a record of the presents you receive including the giver's name and a description of the gift item, it goes a long way toward making letter writing easier.   

The Wedding Fayre will be held at Scalford Hall on the Sunday 3^rd October 2010 . Entry to the show is free with free parking available also.
