Since "Strictly Come Dancing" on the BBC, Ballroom dancing has become extremely popular. In October 2009 Scalford Hall Hotel hosted a weekend break with a difference, a strictly ballroom dancing weekend that went down a storm! Now the Hotel has announced a date for a second dancing weekend that is going to have those dancing fans dancing all day long and there are only a few spaces left! Mark Watts, Hotel Manager says, "Following the successful dancing weekend in 2009 we decided to host another just the same, this is a fantastic weekend for couples, capturing the wonderful magic surrounding ballroom dancing and is a great way for couples of all ages and abilities to spend time together On a more physical level, dancing can give you a great mind-body workout.
