Since "Strictly Come Dancing" on the BBC, Ballroom dancing has become extremely popular.  In October 2009 Scalford Hall Hotel hosted a weekend break with a difference, a strictly ballroom dancing weekend that went down a storm!  Now the Hotel has announced a date for a second dancing weekend that is going to have those dancing fans dancing all day long!

Mark  Watts, Hotel Manager says, "Following the successful dancing weekend in 2009 we decided to host another just the same, this is a fantastic weekend for couples, capturing the wonderful magic surrounding ballroom dancing and is a great way for couples of all ages and abilities to spend time together

Once again the ballroom dance craze is sweeping the nation. And although most men shudder at the thought of a dance lesson, there's a positive side to everything. The USA Ballroom Dancing Association states: "Dancing with a partner in harmony with good music will help you develop a more open, understanding, responsive, and supportive relationship with your partner and with others. Your outlook on life will become more positive."
