Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

• The local bus stop is in the village, a 2 minute walk from the hotel
• Rail users travel to Melton Mowbray (3 miles) or Grantham (11 miles); both stations are main line stations with regular service connections to all parts of the UK
• All cars can be parked in the hotel car park, which is located directly outside the hotel and free of charge
• There is a disabled bay located just outside the front door and a ramp access 15 yards away
• There are 150 car park spaces
• The team are available to assist with luggage on request

Main Entrance & Reception

• There are four steps leading up to the main entrance as well as ramped access through the bar area adjacent to reception
• There are no further steps at the main lobby / reception level
• As you arrive in the main door, the reception desk is on your right as you enter the foyer area
• For assistance with luggage, the team are available at the reception desk
• There are a number of sofas and comfortable chairs available in the lobby
• The reception desk is 106cm high and registration can be completed whilst seated in the lobby. Clipboards are available as are large print registration cards in font size 24
• Assistance and guidance with registration is available
• The Bar and restaurants are all located on the ground floor. There are no steps or slopes en route or at the entrance to the bar or restaurants
• The floor surfaces throughout are carpeted
• Familiarisation Tours can be provided where required
• The Gym and Games room are located in the basement of the main house

Public Areas - General

• A Public telephone is located opposite the entrance to the games room on the ground floor and at 140cm height. For assistance with phone calls, please ask reception.

Public Areas - WC

• There 2 sets of public toilets on the ground floor, one next to reception and one next to the Cottesmore meeting room. There is one set of public toilets on the first floor near the syndicate rooms.

Restaurant / Dining Room, Bar & Lounge

• The Coleman Bar is on the ground floor opposite the reception area; it has a level entry and is open plan with carpeted, even flooring
• Table service can be offered in the bar
• It has tables with glass tops
• Seating is a mix of sofas and low armchairs
• Lighting is mainly natural daylight with evenly distributed lights switched on when required
• Please inform us of any dietary requirements on booking
• The Restaurant is on the ground floor in close proximity to the bar
• Breakfast and lunch is buffet style service; assistance is available when required; Dinner is table service only
• Menus can be provided in large print upon request and assistance is offered to take you through the menu
• Lighting is even during the day and for dinner low level lighting is switched on with candles on the tables
• We cater for many different dietary requirements, please inform our team members on booking

Laundry

• A Laundry Service is available Monday to Friday. Laundry bags are available in the bedrooms. Please contact Housekeeping for collection before 9am for next day service.

Leisure Facilities

• The Games room consists of Darts, Pool, Table Tennis and Table Football located on the basement level via one flight of stairs opposite the restaurant
• A 4-­station Cybex Gym is located in the basement. Access is via one flight of stairs

Conference & Meeting Rooms, Banqueting, Clubs, Entertainment

• Our Management Training rooms are located throughout the property. Ground floor rooms have level access. There is staircase access to the first and second floor Training and Syndicate Rooms. The main lounge is located next to reception and the bar and this is where the large dining and conferences are usually held
• Private Dining Rooms are available on ground level and the corridors are carpeted throughout
